Stylu is building a smarter and more sustainable future for fashion. We combine AI, circular fashion, and gamification to help people get more value from existing clothing and make second-hand fashion more engaging, rewarding, and mainstream.

Looking For Founding Memeber

We are looking for a founding marketing person to join us early and help shape how Stylu is seen, felt, and grows. This is not just an execution role. We want someone who can bring marketing vision, creative taste, and founder energy.

You will help define our brand, grow our presence on social media, build relationships with influencers and partners, and shape the overall marketing strategy from an early stage. We are looking for someone who understands culture, fashion, storytelling, and community — and who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What you’ll do
  • Lead Stylu’s marketing vision and help shape our brand from day one
  • Build and execute social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content ideas and campaigns that reflect our mission, product, and fashion taste
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, vintage stores, and brand partners
  • Help define Stylu’s voice, look, and positioning in the market
  • Contribute to growth strategy, user acquisition, community building, and early traction
  • Work closely with the founders on go-to-market, partnerships, fundraising support, and brand storytelling
  • Bring ideas on design, creative direction, and what makes the product and brand feel desirable
Who we’re looking for
  • Someone with a strong interest in marketing, branding, fashion, and storytelling
  • Good instinct for design, aesthetics, and brand presentation
  • Passion for fashion, preferably with an understanding of second-hand, vintage, culture, or sustainability
  • Comfortable with social media strategy, content thinking, and creator/influencer outreach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in an early-stage startup with uncertainty and ownership
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships
  • Mid-to-senior level is ideal, but we are also open to a junior candidate with exceptional passion, leadership potential, and founder mentality
  • Dutch market familiarity is a must
Nice to have
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, marketplace, consumer apps, or startup marketing
  • Experience working with creators, communities, or partnerships
  • Understanding of brand building from zero
