About Humansys Network

Humansys Network is scaling its operations and event programming. We run 3–4 main events per month (typically ~20 participants) featuring speakers and partners, plus expert roundtables. We are reaching our internal capacity and are hiring a mission-driven working student to help us deliver consistently high-quality events and grow the network.

Role summary

You will coordinate our event operations end-to-end, manage speaker and partner communication, and support community relationship management. This is a remote, virtual-first role with hands-on responsibility and direct collaboration with the founding team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Run 6–10 monthly flagship eventsOwn timelines, agendas, run-of-show, and post-event follow-ups
  • Coordinate tools, invites, reminders, and attendee experience
  • Run 3–4 monthly expert roundtablesSupport curation, confirmations, and facilitation logistics
  • Ensure high-quality discussion flow and follow-up outcomes
  • Speaker & partner managementOutreach, briefing, scheduling, confirmations, and day-of coordination
  • Clear, reliable communication and relationship upkeep
  • Community relationship managementMaintain warm engagement with participants and experts
  • Track key contacts and strengthen long-term relationships
  • Event creation on LumaCreate and manage event pages, registration, updates, and reminders
  • Distribution & network growthPromote events across the network and partner channels
  • Expand outreach lists and help grow the community intentionally

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of community building and virtual event execution
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt across different founder types, experts, and partners
  • Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Proactive, comfortable in a startup environment, and motivated by mission-driven work
  • Availability for 20 hours per week, with flexibility around event times
