Description

We are building a next-generation fintech solution focused on innovative payment methods. We are seeking a skilled technical contractor to design and implement the core infrastructure and MVP. This is an equity-based, milestone-driven opportunity to help bring a groundbreaking product to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build the core backend and MVP architecture based on defined requirements.
  • Collaborate with the founder to translate product vision into a functional prototype.
  • Ensure the system is secure, maintainable, and ready for future scaling.
  • Deliver milestones with clear documentation for smooth handover to future team members.
  • Build scalable, secure, and maintainable code that can later be transitioned to a full technical team or co-founder.
  • Ensure compliance with basic fintech security standards (e.g., data encryption, secure transaction flows).

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in backend development and architecture design.
  • Familiarity with fintech platforms, payment gateways, or biometric authentication is highly desirable.
  • Experience with offline-first applications and transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of data security, encryption, and secure authentication practices.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly.
  • Previous experience delivering MVPs or early-stage product builds is a strong plus.
