Educating Beyond Borders – Floating Campus Initiative

Location: UK (remote with in-person commitments)

Role type: Co-Founder / Director (Companies House appointment)

Time commitment: Flexible but execution-critical

Start: January 2026

About the Organisation

Educating Beyond Borders is building the UK’s first floating campus — our flagship for our institute and a mobile education and community space that responds to student isolation, housing insecurity, and mental health risk during campus closures.

Our winter floating campus has attracted a growing community of 70 student members, confirmed sponsorship interest, and active partnerships with student unions. We are now preparing to scale delivery year-round.

The Opportunity

We are appointing four UK-based co-founders, each of whom will be:

Listed as a director on Companies House

Responsible for a revenue-critical lane

Involved in governance, execution, and strategic growth

This is not an advisory or honorary role. This is a build phase.

Co-Founder Roles (open to 1–4 appointments)

We are particularly interested in individuals aligned with one or more of the following:

Director of Finance & Commercial Operations

Director of Business Development (Courses & Memberships)

Director of Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships
