Your mandate

Close industry/investor contracts and build the team that turns pilots into multi-year deals. Keep us legal, boring, and profitable.

What you’ll do

Land strategic pilots → state term contracts → federal SOWs.

Raise non-dilutive and strategic capital without giving up data rights.

Recruit and manage:

VP Regulatory & Stewardship

Director, Field Operations

Head of Data & Software

Head of Supply Chain & Manufacturing

Director, Gov/Enterprise Sales

Finance & Admin Lead (Scale hires next: COO/GM, Training Manager, QA/QC, Customer Success, Comms.)

Enforce stewardship: certification, audits, 24-hour incident response, public reporting.

What success looks like (12 months)

10+ active pilot sites, ≥2 state term contracts, 1 federal umbrella SOW in motion.

Blended GM ≥40% with improving route density.

Digital logbook + lot traceability live; Stewardship Report v1 published.

Core team hired; pipeline predictable.

You have

Closed government/enterprise deals in regulated ag/chem, wildlife, or adjacent infra.

Worked with EPA/state processes; you respect labels and love SOPs.

Built field programs from 0→1 and 1→N.

Comfort with insurance, PR, and risk controls.

Nice to have

USDA/APHIS or state wildlife relationships.

Data product literacy (telemetry, dashboards, traceability).

Provider-channel playbook.

We sell an agricultural product in a regulated category. Stewardship and compliance are non-negotiable.
