About CoPageCoPage is a creator-first marketplace where professional writers and aspiring storytellers co-create with AI. We’re building a future where human creativity and artificial intelligence thrive together — helping writers scale their craft through AI agents trained in their unique voice and expertise.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and scrappy operator. You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition and brand awareness through unconventional, community-driven, and performance-based campaigns.
This role isn’t about clocking hours — it’s about delivering results. You’ll have the freedom to work when and how you want, as long as KPIs are met.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth strategies to attract both writers and storytellers to the CoPage platform.
- Use guerrilla marketing tactics to generate buzz and grassroots traction.
- Engage authentically in Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Discord groups to seed awareness and start meaningful conversations.
- Identify and attend industry events, trade shows, and creative conferences to grow partnerships and visibility.
- Launch and manage referral, affiliate, and community ambassador programs.
- Work with the founding team to create viral campaigns that turn interest into signups.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize for key KPIs: user growth, engagement, and conversion.
- 3+ years in growth, marketing, or community management (startup or creative industry experience preferred).
- Proven track record of building traction for early-stage products.
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, organic community growth, and grassroots marketing.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter, experimenter, and problem-solver.
- Fully remote with flexible hours — work where and when you’re most effective. **Everything we do here is based on KPI timelines.**
- Creative autonomy and direct access to the founding team.
- Performance-based incentives tied to growth KPIs.
- Be part of redefining how writers and AI collaborate in the creator economy.
