Description

I am looking for a Technical Co-Founder / Software Engineer to build an AI-powered platform from scratch for Nordic travel and hospitality businesses. This is an equity-only co-founder role, no salary at the start.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building the MVP web platform (frontend, backend, AI integration)
  • Deploying and maintaining the product (DevOps)
  • Helping shape the product vision and making technical decisions
  • Turning AI-generated content ideas into a usable tool for businesses

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Is eager to build something from scratch and see it grow
  • Truly believes in the vision and wants to make it real
  • Gets things done and takes ownership of their work
  • Enjoys early-stage startups and solving practical problems with AI

I am not looking for someone to just “code” but for a partner who will help shape the product, make it scalable, and contribute to the growth of a platform with huge potential in Nordic travel marketing.
