Description

Mission Medizin is an early‑stage medical education / edtech project based in Zurich (idea/early MVP, currently 1 founder). We’re looking for a Technical Co‑Founder / CTO (Full‑Stack) to build the MVP hands‑on, shape the technical vision, and turn the idea into a scalable product.

What you’ll do

  • Build the MVP from scratch (core user flows, auth, learning logic, content delivery, admin tools)
  • Define architecture & tech stack pragmatically (fast MVP, scalable foundations)
  • Own deployment/CI/CD/monitoring basics and ship iteratively based on user feedback
  • Work closely on UX/product decisions and quality/security fundamentals (privacy‑by‑default)

What we’re looking for

  • Strong full‑stack skills (frontend + backend + databases)
  • Product mindset, fast iteration, ownership
  • Interest in education/edtech; e‑learning experience is a plus
  • German or English
