Who I Am Looking For

I’m an ambitious entrepreneur and industrial engineer with a clear vision: revolutionizing welding automation for small and medium-sized enterprises. To bring this vision to life, I’m searching for an Engineer or Industrial Engineer to join as a Co-Founder and CTO. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge engineering, have a drive for innovation, and are ready to build something extraordinary from the ground up, this is your opportunity.

Your Profile

Strong mechanical engineering expertise
Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take ownership of technical decisions
Demonstrated initiative and hands-on mentality
Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and a high degree of reliability
Professional experience in engineering or a related field; startup experience is a plus
Availability to join starting March/April 2025 or earlier

Your Role

Lead the development and optimization of the CNC 2-Axis Welding Guide
Oversee production processes and ensure the transition from prototype to scalable manufacturing
Drive technical innovation and future product expansions
Collaborate on shaping the strategic and technical vision for the startup

Who we are and what we do

Information about the start-up project

BeWe Dynamics is a young, innovative startup from Berlin that is revolutionizing welding technology. The core product, the LS500 linear welding guide, is a CNC-controlled 2-axis welding module with oscillation that automates standardized welding processes in metalworking. With this product, we are creating a cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that previously had to rely on manual or oversized solutions.

BeWe Dynamics is at an exciting stage of development now: with business and financial planning complete and the second prototype nearing completion, the focus now is on securing financing to bring the innovative LS500 welding guide to market.
